Calzone: Lady and the Tramp Style

Since it's just the two of us at our house, getting meals with ingredients for two can be quite difficult. Here is one of my easiest recipes- enough for two to share! Honestly, it was one of the easiest things I have ever came up with so if you are in a rush and want to put together a flawless meal with little or no effort, this is the perfect recipe for you to try!

Calzone for Two

Ingredients
One can of Pizza dough (You can get it in the cold section of the grocery store by the biscuits.  I actually used the great value brand and at $1.50 it was quite a bargain and there was no compromise on taste.)
One third pound of Spaghetti Sauce.  I recommend "Classico's Spicy Tomato and Basil"
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Handful of thin pepperoni
1 tsp of ground red pepper (Optional)

How to make it:

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.) Unroll pizza dough.  The dough should be in the shape of a rectangle. Place on cookie sheet or pizza baking stone.
3.) On half of dough spread; sauce, cheeses, and pepperoni. Sprinkle red pepper.
4.) Fold dough over.  Use a fork to press the edges of crust together.  Cut two holes in top.
5.) Place in oven for about 18 minutes.  Crust should be a light golden brown.
6.) Serve on a single platter with a side of sauce for dipping.  Light candles and enjoy!
