Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza


Looking for a five minute prep recipe? Got a new one for you to try! I invented it myself and I am sure you will enjoy. Would love to see pics and hear stories if anyone tries it and likes it!

Ingredients:

Flat Bread
Roma Tomatoes or sun dried tomatoes in oil
Spinach leaves
Shredded Parmesan /mozzarella cheese mix
Pesto sauce (Prego makes a great one)
Crushed Red Pepper
Cracked Pepper
Cubed Pre-cooked Chicken (Tysons Diced Chicken)

Prepare:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Spread pesto sauce on flat bread.
Sprinkle a layer of Cheese on Pizza.
In Small skillet begin to boil water. Once water begins to boil wilt spinach leaves in water. (About 2-3 minutes cooking time). Drain. Set aside.
Cut Roma tomatoes into cubes or use sun-dried tomatoes in oil. Place on Pizza.
Place cubed Chicken on Pizza.
Sprinkle another layer of cheese.
Add Spinach leaves.
Add cracked red pepper and crushed red pepper to taste.

Bake:
Place on Pizza ban and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is a golden brown. Cool pizza before serving (3-5 minutes)
